Growing company in the plastics and rubber industry has an outstanding opportunity available for a Sales Manager. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the USA. This is an individual contributor role and will not have any direct reports. This position will be involved in new business development, key account management, developing & maintaining customer relationships, and relationship building. 50% plus travel required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Manufacturing, or related field preferred. Must have at least 5 years of sales experience. At least 3 years of experience in plastic injection molding, rubber molding, or rubber processing is a must.
